I purchased a size large and they are perfect. They do not roll up and do not have that band of elastic in the waist. The waist band is wide and lays completely flat, it is very stretchy

I am UK12 (31" waist, 37" hips) and these hug me tightly with medium compression which I like - I would say L fits UK12, maybe UK14 best. No sheerness standing up but definitely not squatproof which is expected with a lighter colour. Still super cute though! Great Gymshark energy+ seamless dupe!
